Our Journey Started Simple

Back in 2018, I was sitting in a cramped Sydney office watching brilliant entrepreneurs struggle with basic financial decisions. They had incredible ideas but kept making the same costly mistakes with funding, cash flow, and growth planning.

She's helped over 200 Australian companies navigate their first funding rounds and has a particular talent for explaining complex financial concepts in ways that actually make sense. When she's not teaching, she's probably debugging spreadsheet formulas or testing new financial modeling approaches.

Elara's background is in venture capital, where she reviewed hundreds of pitch decks and saw firsthand what separates successful fundraising from wishful thinking.
